All of our products are lovingly and intentionally handmade in small batches, just for you! 

Ok, I've purchased. When will I receive my order?

Once you place an order, you should receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive your email, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still can't find it, reach out to our customer service: hello.ELM@ethelandlilliemae.com, and we can forward you another copy.

As soon as your order ships, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Click on the tracking number to access the tracking information.

Do you offer discounts? How can I stay in the know?

Yes, on occasion we will offer promotions. Take a moment to sign up for our email list, and you will be one of the first to know.

After trying our products, please take a few moments to leave a 5-STAR review on the website. If anything about your order is less than 5-STAR, please contact us right away, and LET US KNOW!

SHIPPING

How long will it take to ship my order once it's complete?

Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order, (depending on the nature of the item). Most items are shipped within 2-3 business days but that time may be extended during busier times, (i.e. holidays).

Can I edit my shipping address?

If your order has not yet shipped, email us at hello.ELM@ethelandlilliemae.com with your order number and updated address so we can adjust it. If your address needs to be changed, please let us know as soon as possible. Once a package has been assigned a tracking number, we are unable to make adjustments.

My package is delayed! What now?

We ship our packages using the most cost-effective and efficient option(s) available. Once your order has shipped, we have no control over the time it takes to receive it. Ethel & Lillie Mae is a petite business, seeking to spread a bit of love and kindness to the world. So, we ask that you extend a little grace if your package is slightly delayed.

During holiday months, there may be a slight delay in shipment due to the increased volume of mail in circulation.

My package says it was delivered, but I haven’t received it! Did you scam me?!

On the rare occasion that a package is marked delivered but isn't physically delivered, we advise customers to first reach out to their neighbors to make sure the item wasn't delivered to the wrong address. If that isn't the case, reach out to the carrier for further inquiry.

Once packages are shipped, they are in the possession of the mail carrier and they will be able to open an investigation to help locate your package. We are more than happy to provide proof of purchase, if needed.

* Ethel & Lillie Mae is not liable for delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control caused by the mail carrier, but we are more than happy to provide any documentation needed to help with your case.

What is your return policy?

We truly hope that you love your purchase from Ethel & Lillie Mae! With that being said, due to the nature of our products, and for safety and sanitation concerns, we cannot accept returns.
